An AI command center for a landscaping & construction firm
The owner opens one screen each morning: money, pipeline, risk and the three things that matter today. Agents handle approvals, operations and job-site content.

How it flows
The problem
The business ran on texts, spreadsheets and a job-management tool. Pipeline, cash position and job risk lived in a few people's heads, and job-site footage that could have been marketing sat unused on phones.
What I built
- A daily brief that tells the owner the three things that need attention today, generated from live business data.
- A single money / pipeline / risk view with an approvals queue, so decisions happen in one place.
- Specialist agents for pipeline, operations and content, plus a domain-expert assistant trained on the trade.
- A media pipeline that ingests job-site video, transcribes it, finds the strongest moments and renders captioned short-form clips.
- Semantic search across every piece of ingested content.
The result
- One operating screen replaces the morning round of calls and spreadsheets.
- Job-site footage turns into ready-to-post clips without an editor.
- Approvals and follow-ups are drafted by agents and confirmed by a human.
